Babymama Makeover™️ DIY Coaching Program

Let sh_t go, love yourself, make ends meet and have meaningful relationships with men!
If you’re ready to #letsh_go but don’t know where to start, you’ve come to the right place. Sign up for my coaching program, Babymama Makeover, and get the easy to follow, step-by-step and fun tools that have helped single moms, like you, create real change.

how the program works:

Because this is a DIY course you can obviously go at whatever pace you’d like, but I recommend using the same 4 week time frame the live course uses. The course will only be as successful as the effort you put into it. Each week you will complete a module that ends with some sort of action. In order to be successful, you must implement and take action, so don’t hold back! I want to see you succeed!

Video Coaching
Each lesson you get one or more videos where I walk you through a series of different processes designed to help you makeover your money, men and motherhood story.

Worksheets
Each module you’ll reinforce the lessons in the videos with makeover activations. (I kept the written work short, simple and fun.)

Affirmations
Because it’s important that you keep a makeover mindset, every lesson you’ll receive an affirmation to repeat and remind yourself why you’re on this journey.

Testimonials

“I loved the course. It was a catalyst for some real change. I would previously get overwhelming sad. Now when that sadness comes I’m like, ok why am I sad? Let me let some sh*t go and ingest something more nutritional and it literally keeps me from being depressed. My blood pressure went down, I lost 11 pounds and what is most appealing is learning how to process so I don’t pass it down to my kids.”
– JEREMEE
“As a single mom I’ve encountered a lot of difficulties. I put everyone before myself. I tend to put myself on the back burner. This course made me really look at myself and what it is that I need to let go of and it had me start changing a lot of habits and since starting this course I feel like I’m going further now.”
– JESSICA

“I had my first son when I was 19 and was told by someone very important to me that my life was pretty much over so I lived my life like being a single mom was a handicap which meant that I couldn’t amount to anything great because of the decision I had made to become a single mom. I used to hear ‘let that sh_t go’ and feel like what I was going through was being discounted or that my ‘handicap’ was being disregarded but since joining I let go of being a victim.”
– MARLLENA

“Letting sh_t go didn’t mean what I thought it did. I let micromanaging of my child go, my ex go, cooking everyday (I started food prepping), a friend go that overly needed me all the time (absolutely exhausting) and I started thinking about myself more and realizing that I needed time and space. I am definitelyin a better place now.”
